The location is ideal for exploring the Canterbury city centre. The rooms are spacious, but there is no air conditioning or safe. Our room backed onto the car park and adjoining pub, so with our windows open, it was a bit hard to fall asleep and stay asleep. We were only there for a night, and that was the perfect amount of time for our stay.

Ok stay here- a little bit grubby. Location good

Good location, lovely friendly staff, and great breakfast. Some rooms are very noisy because of traffic and lack of decent double glazing. The temperature was fine on the date of our visit but I imagine the lack of air con would make it very hot during the warmer periods.
