Best Western Plus Dover Marina

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time and this would have been a five star but for one reason When I visited the spa a lady called Red gave me two hand towels I asked can I have a bath towel she said I would have to go ask housekeeping Needless to say that’s not my job to search hotel for a bath towel I found this to be totally ridiculous that there were no towels for the spa I hope management do something about it .and also the spa dose not have a costume spinner needless to say you have to leave with a dripping wet costume On the plus side most of the hotel staff were very polite

First visit here . Location great , hotel lovely , room great and staff attentive . Street parking pay as you go outside . Close to the port .

Hotel with a posh modern english style right in the Dover marina. Excellent service, clean , friendly , huge spaces , amazing staff. I was inroom 128 and was amazing with a nice balcony too. Food was incredible
