Grand Burstin Hotel Folkestone

2nd time visiting and 2nd time no hot water. Sent a complaint letter and reply was we can offer an upgrade to sea view, which is what we had and had small uncomfortable beds, filthy windows and dirty toilet brush. And very noisy until late when we were trying to sleep before our 9 hour journey the next day. Definitely stuck in dispute and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Looks very tied had no towels when we got there had to go down to get them as we were on floor eight which has very good views of the harbour but the pillows were very hard,had no white wine by the glass did not take cash sweet machine in receipion did not work unless you had correct money and change machine was out of change coffee machine had no cups on a good note I won at bingo!,,
