Stayed for three nights single room, room was very clean plenty of hot water good power shower and I was in room seven top floor, shower cubicle was a touch on the small size for me but I'm a big lad, breakfast smelt very very good but I did not book it this time {with I had} close to train bus and shops. great host

Stayed here overnight while walking the North Downs Way... Would thoroughly recommend!!. Brilliant value for money, great host, comfortable room and fantastic breakfast. Top marks!!.

Very kind,friendly host. Clean comfortable room with generous amount of milk for making tea. Very small ensuite shower/ toilet but clean with hand soap provided. Generous, well cooked, full English breakfast. Host offered to order taxi and checked up on it until it arrived. She could not have done more for us and was always available and checked regularly that everything was OK for us. Good location for town centre.
