Grange Moor Hotel

This is a lovely little hotel. A small group of us booked for one night simply based on the distance to our venue but we struck gold! The staff are lovely. The rooms are really good value they’re clean and comfortable, there is a lovely little bar downstairs as well as a nice little breakfast spread the area is beautiful and quiet Overall a genuinely lovely place.

This place was not good, the room smelt vile and the sheets were thick with stench and what could only imagine as unwashed sweat, it was vile. It could be such a nice place if they cleaned it properly!

Went with a friend for 1 night stay. From outside hotel looks beautiful and renovated but inside is a disaster. It was difficult to unlock the door to get into our room. Room inside is outdated, smelled so bad like it is a pool of mouth wash. We opened the window to get fresh air as started to get sick with that smell. Bathroom has rust and not cleaned properly. The worse part was in the morning when we wanted to do some tea as there was a kettle and tea provided. Once I opened the can of tea I was extremely disappointed at it was covered in mould. As you see in picture hoover was all over the stairs without anyone hovering so an elderly people or kids can easily trip over it. Never again! The worse hotel where we stayed in our life! Avoid coming here.
