Hilton Maidstone (I)

As a Hotel the standards were very good, in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff, a menu that covered a good variety of dishes, including a wide range of different foods for breakfast. The room was excellent particularly its size. My only disappointment was the high level of noise; one event resulted in children throwing food over the floor and screaming at each other, while the mother merely smiled, (hopefully this was a one off), in addition I found the metal chairs being scrapped over the wooden floor rather annoying. In spite of the two annoying issues I would still recommend this hotel

The hotel was spacious and the addition of pool was fantastic for kids. It’s a real shame that receptionist, waitresses at cafe and restaurant were not attentive or courteous. I do hope they will get better training.

The hotel itself was good and the staff were amazing. Very conveniently located for the wedding we were attending at The Orangery However, the lack of aircon in the rooms made both nights rather uncomfortable The fans provided were so noisy that they had to be turned off. Needs upgrading, especially with temps ever increasing Breakfast was very good with vast selection to please all palates
