Despite much effort, I cannot think of anything good to say about this place. Do not waste your money here! The host is rude, particularly when you have to wake him up to open the locked breakfast...

We stayed here due to its location for Ramblin’ Man at Mote Park, Maidstone. The good: The breakfast was very good. Full English, hot and plentiful. Also unlimited toast, cereals, coffee and juice...

Not the best of places. Only stayed for one night. Check in was fine and the room was okay. Very dated and it just felt a bit grubby. The mattress on the bed was old and quite frankly knackered...
