Fayreness Hotel

Had a fab nights stay at The Botany Bay hotel. A Shepherd and Neame pub. Beautiful location right on the top of the beach. Very friendly staff. Large Sea view room with 2 balcony’s. Very clean. Dyson fan much needed in the heat of our glorious summer and tea and coffee facilities including a Nespresso machine and fresh water. All the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. Had dinner. Great menu and very tasty. Breakfast menu excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, made to feel very welcome. Lovely comfortable quiet room on the back, complete with Dyson fan and Nespresso coffee machine! Hotel in fab location right on sea front. Fantastic beaches and lots to do in surrounding areas. Food in restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast menu top notch. All made using high quality ingredients. Issues, WiFi connection a bit sketchy, kept going off. Also the water coming out of the cold tap in bathroom was a bit cloudy. But bottles of fresh drinking water are available if ask staff. Will definitely return soon.

Just returned from a 1 night stay at The Botany Bay Hotel. We can’t wait to return but next time we will stay for longer. Every member of staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean. We ate dinner and sat outside on the veranda looking out to the sea. We had fish and chips which were freshly cooked and delicious. In the morning we ate in the restaurant and everything was once again freshly cooked and delicious. Best poached eggs I’ve had for ages. Receptionist staff were extremely helpful and when I mentioned the 2 problems I really felt that they were going to be dealt with immediately.
