Holiday Inn

Friendly and helpful reception staff, room needs a refurbishment. The bathroom was generally shabby with paint peeling off the door and mould around the shower enclosure. Not what you expect from a HI. There was no shower gel in the shower and the phone was not even connected to the wall to ask for more. Unfortunately the breakfast was also uninspiring, with greasy bacon and dried up sausages. On a positive note, the gym equipment was pretty good.

Really good stay at the holiday inn cheltenham. The customer service lady Tamia is particularly helpful and so friendly! The hotel has swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. My son has special needs and thx hotel is very accommodating! Thank you Tamia!

What a really lovely time! Janka was exceptional. Friendly and with a real sense of humour. A pleasure to be sat at her table. The food was really good and good portion sizes. The pizza was very good as were the ribs. Everything was hot and fresh. Excellent. Thank you Janka. You made it a very lovely evening.
