The hotel staff were some of the friendliest we have encountered, even though they were constantly on the go they were always warm and engaging. The location is ideal as a base to explore Kent, while the evening meal was adequate, you wouldn’t class it as high end dining. Breakfast was hearty. We stayed in a Premier room, which was really comfortable, and with a fresh coffee machine a pleasant start to the morning.

Without exception one of the best Premier Inns that we have stayed in! We cannot recommend highly enough. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Steve and Amelia were very attentive and professional. Basil and Sybil spring to mind. Great credit to Premier. Where was Manuel
