Molland Manor House

Just returned today from a wonderful 4 nights stay at Molland House. The hotel and our room (no 2) were spotless. This is every bit worthy of 5*. The bed was enormous and really comfy with high count luxury bedding. We had a walk in wardrobe which consisted of bathrobes, luxury tea tray, microwave, fridge, hairdryer and hair straighteners. Our bathroom contained a jacuzzi bath with power shower and white stuff toiletries plus bubble bath. Also in our bedroom was a comfortable sofa, which was great as one day we arrived back early and watched a DVD on our television. There is a very large selection of DVD’s and board games for guests to use. Tracy and Steve were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area which we benefited from. Excellent selection of breakfast items all cooked to perfection. Bacon is so think and plentiful. Scrambled eggs were to die for. Fresh fruit salad, strawberries and blueberries were available everyday with a selection of pastries too. There is a licensed bar with a honesty box and a large selection of drinks The hotel is ideally situated for touring South East Kent and we shall definitely be returning.

Molland Manor House was amazing! Our hosts, Tracey and Steve, were just wonderful; so friendly and welcoming. The house and grounds are beautiful, as was our room - we were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather and sitting outside, drinking the drinks we had poured ourselves from the honesty bar, listening to the birds singing, and watching the local wildlife was a stunning way to end our evening. We already felt that we were getting excellent value for money and then they served us breakfast - which was absolutely delicious and all freshly cooked. We didn’t use the hot tub this time, but definitely will on our next visit - of which we hope there will be many, because we feel like we’ve found a true gem here.

What an amazing couple of days we’ve had here. Steve and Tracey are genuinely lovely people who go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. From the freshly cooked breakfast, the honesty bar, and all the thoughtful touches in the rooms, to preparing the huge hot tub for us and even letting us meet and take photos with the horses — everything was done with real care. Arriving to tea and scones after unpacking was such a special touch. The level of hospitality here is unmatched. We’ll 100% be returning. Thank you for a truly perfect stay.
