One of my worst in a marriott hotel will not be returning here again The building on the outside is in need of a paint looks out dated Rooms have been refurbished but could do with little touches here and there done Don't go here if you have food allergies as they dont understand what that means especially if you are Gluten free only had bread and cereal separately from the rest of the food so lots of cross contamination going on No food after 10pm for someone who is Gluten free Our room had a buzzing noise sound going on all the time only to be told it was to do with the air conditioning unit next door nothing was done about noise so had to put up with it and got some money back Some staff were helpful Manager needs to work on her custom service skills No lift also

I have had the pleasure of staying at this hotel 6 times in the past 4 months and each time it's a wonderful experience. Olivia, Tatiana, Rosie (reception) and all the staff are so helpful, friendly and super accommodating. From the moment we walk into the hotel we are greeted with big smiles and an element of 'welcome home', which brings such a special feeling. I cannot fault this hotel - it always delivers and gives that little bit extra. Am looking forward to going back soon. Warm Regards, Howard Sellick

Don’t be put off by the exterior. It looks like it’s going through a full redecoration starting with the bedrooms and bar restaurant area and whilst there the corridor we’re getting a fresh look again very lovely decor. The rooms have a lovely vibe, great attention to detail and decor. Very clean rooms! Lovely design areas which stand it apart from other hotels as it did not have standard fixtures/fittings. From cupboard door handles to lights under the bed giving it a very upmarket feel. The bathroom is modern and very clean. Amazing sized sink and large shower. Lovely touches of everything in the room that might need from toothbrush to disposable shaver. Nice to have wine glasses in the room, ice bucket and coffee machine and a lovely surprise to have a welcome chocolate bar! Excellent workstation area with a comfortable work chair which is a big bonus if working in the room. WiFi very good. Staff very helpful and super friendly. Moved us as a small issue in first room and we were staying all week for work and upgraded from executive to a deluxe. The room had the same fixture details which are all great but it was a lot larger. On checkout a staff member even asked whilst we were leaving down the corridor if we wanted help with our many bags and reception check out was friendly. All staff we encountered seemed to really care and want to go the extra mile. Bar and restaurant area again lovely new decor. I thought the menu could have been a bit more enticing but still a few good choices. Downside: It’s near a noisy road but doesn’t bother us as we had gully working aircon and didn’t need to open the window until sleeping and by then the traffic noise calmed down. Swimming area is in desperate need for a refurb and I only used once due to it felt dated and dirty. I hope that’s next on refurb list for when we travel to this area again. Overall superior decoration and great value for money and staff make you feel welcome. We will certainly be back.
