Almar Hotel

The experience never happened due to the apartment owners not turning up,not answering any phone calls, emails, or messages.Had to walk round in the pouring rain trying to find another place to stay.Got a full refund DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE

Half way on our travels to blackpool for my son's first little holiday the owner finally responded and said we can't have the apartment we payed for as some other guest trashed the bathroom. Instead we were given a different hotel. This other hotel had no doors on the separate rooms so absolutely no privacy. It was on the top floor and roasting hot and we couldn't even open the windows more than an inch. The TV didn't work either. We had a bad night's sleep due to the heat in the room and my 6 year olds first night away wasn't as if should be as he didn't sleep well. Appalling.

Absolutley Shocking. Accommodation is far from the pictures shown. The apartments were dirty, no lock on the bathroom door. Downlights in the hallway were hanging down. Hallway ceiling was black and peeling from water damage. There was a pan at the side of the bed catching water from a leaky pipe. Glasses still had lipstick on them and the air fryer was not clean. The bedroom window had no opener but did have a small vent for air. No hot water. The attached pictures speak for themselves. In my opinion it’s a fire hazard waiting to happen.
