Chaplins Hotel - Guest house

I have stayed at this hotel and I can confirm it is a very nice hotel to stay at. I feel it is safe and quiet, comfortable and very clean! the hotel is very well managed by the owners and I have absolutely no complaints! Well done Chaplins hotel! One night after exploring the Blackpool nightlife and returning back to the hotel without my shoes after having a fun night, the owner of the hotel gave me a temporary pair of shoes to wear the next morning so I could go and buy new ones! I am very much enjoying my stay and it is a great location, being as close to the city centre as possible and with a clear view of the tower!

I have never seen such a dirty and dilapidated hotel. The mold is growing on all the walls of the room. The photos on Booking are misleading. Reality is completely different. The smell in the room is terrible because of the mold. We left the hotel after two nights. We also lodged the complaints with the operator and Booking. The hotel then wanted to start a lawsuit against us because we asked for a refund. And Booking.com also did not help us with our complaints. A big piece of advice. Do not book.

Amazing experience at chaplins room was vwry clean the bed was vwey comfy they evan had a 60 inch smart tv with FREE NETFLIX! The hosts are amazing and the hotel has a nice relaxed feel next time i go to blackpool i will be going there, thanks guys
