Crooked Retreat

Absolutely terrible ! No heating , no hot water, toilet wasnt working and showers , literally frozen absolute dive !!! Got taxi home in the end cost me £140 never again!! The heater we did have in our room decided to pack in !

Absolute hell hole ! Was freezing no heating no working shower looked like it had been abandoned the one toilet we had between 10 of us wasn’t working ! Our heater didn’t work ended up paying £140 to get home in a taxi as felt like I was in the North Pole !! Take snow suit if visiting !!!

This place is an absolute hell hole!! There is cracked walls, floors are uneven. The ‘bar’ is basically used as a laundry room & isn’t useable. The bathroom is split over 3 floors, a toilet (just a toilet!! No sink!!) and 2 separate showers, one if which didn’t work & the other was absolutely disgusting!! There was 0 customer service we were greeted with a note. Fire alarm went off & no one even bothered to check everyone was ok or even bothered to find out why fire alarm went off.
