Falcon Hotel - Guest house

Absolutely 💯 fantastic stay thanks Geoff and Chris. Very warm and friendly clean .extra mile taken to accommodate all the family. Great to see Christmas Dec's up . Lovely warm atmosphere the morning was no different warm welcome asked if everything was okay answer obviously a big yes 😀

The hotel cancelled our room due to owner being in hospital but didn't want to refund our money of the booking that we made through booking.com as they didn't want to sign the form that would state that they cancelled our stay. They cancelled right before we were gonna stay there, this meant we could not go on the holiday we would of wanted to go on. This makes me believe it was a scam and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I want to worn everyone who wants to think about staying at this hotel its just a scam! As you go through the review by booking.com you will find out the practise of making money by this rude people. They cancelled the the accommodation prior to arrival with different kind of excuses. They leave you in a mess without an accommodation ,information ,money ect.
