Inn On The Prom Boutique

Nice public areas but very bad rooms. We booked a boutique room. Filthy carpets, wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and a thick layer of dust on the wall behind the bed. Also had a smell of damp. When I asked if we had been put in the correct room the receptionist said yes and when I asked her if we could move to a better room she said if we didn’t like the room we was in we certainly would not like the alternative. Worse place ever to stay and would not recommend.

Lovely over night stay. Our room was very big and clean. Did smell of damp in the corridor but didn’t notice in rest of hotel. Lovely breakfast too and nice staff

Most of the staff were very helpful however one member of staff on reception was quite offhand and not very helpful The young bar staff and staff at breakfast were very pleasant and friendly Our room was adequate, but the bathroom needed updating The bat was very comfortable but pillows were rather hard I was disappointed there were not enough parking spaces and we had to park on a side road
