One Rutland Gate

We were really pleasantly surprised . The apartment is lovely, modern and very tidy. The view from the window was stunning. We loved having breakfast at the dining table in front of the window. The tram stop is right outside which was very handy for getting to pleasure Beach / South shore. Although the tower and town centre was in walking distance ie my 4 year old managed that fine. The whole flat was really cosy . We would definitely stay here again. The owner was lovely Family of 5 . We stayed in apartment 5

Lovely cosy apartment. Bedroom has double bed & a single and living room has sofa bed enough space for our family of 2 adults & 3 kids. Clean and tidy with good facilities. (Shower, kettle, microwave, oven, hairdryer, kitchen essentials). Host was lovely and the location is excellent, right next to tram stop and only 10mins walk to Blackpool tower. Had parking at property aswell as street parking.

If it wasn’t for the money taken out of my account 2 days before I arrived , I would have had a totally different experience. This was meant to be a break from hospitals with my poorly baby , some family time ..... instead was faced with more stress .it would have been less stressful just staying at the hospital. I’d saved up to take the kids to the zoo then were planning on lights at night time but £80 was taken out my bank by the apartment 2 days before I was due to arrive (which was our zoo money😢I wasn’t told any further money would come out ) then I had to pay the £160 on arrival. What a nightmare iv had trying to get that £80 back ! What was supposed to be family time - I spent trying to fight to get my Money back . Expedia blames apartment and they said apartment blamed my bank . I felt so guilty that I couldn’t take my boys to the zoo it ruined our break away . It might not be much to some but I worked hard to save that money up . Like I say if I hadn’t had the money situation I would have had a different experience as apartment was okay (it’s advertised as luxury but it’s far from luxury)but it was okay for the 2 nights we had) parking space a massive bonus and the tram stop outside . And Blackpool was freezing but the apartment was lovely and warm. With fab sea-views, good to people watch while on phone trying to get my spending money back ! Never again
