Premier Inn Blackpool East (M55, Jct 4)

Situated about 15 mins drive from Black pool central, this hotel was a good choice to retreat from the general hustle and bustle for a good nights sleep in a comfortable bed followed by an excellent breakfast.

Totally ignored by the first employee on reception. Lack of towels in room. Holes in bedding. Areas of the room clearly hadn't been cleaned properly for some time. Overall the decor was very tired – lots of scuffs dents and chips in surfaces and doors. Heating didn't work and the instruction sheet in the room didn't match the panel on the wall. We've stayed in a lot of Premier Inns and on the whole been satisfied, or in the case of Premier Inn Heathrow, blown away!, but this one was a big disappointment

I needed quiet and space to conduct my business matters which were causing me some worry. I had space, comfort and quiet to complete my jobs without distraction. Both bedroom and bath room were clean and comfortable, staff discreet butt professional. Got my tasks completed without further added stress
