A lovely guest house. Many thanks to David And Gill- a lovely warm welcome! Breakfast was absolutely fantastic too (thanks Gill!). Lots of lovely little touches in the room as well. They go above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

This B&B is very close to the town centre and only a 5-minute walk from Coral Island. The rooms are very clean, and towels are supplied daily or upon request. Our attentive hosts were wonderful and provided excellent breakfasts—honestly, one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating! Highly recommended. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Simply put, the best b&b you will find.David and Gill are outstanding hosts.Nothing is too much and they are also lovely people.Located on a quiet street,5 mins and your at coral Island.Stayed in room 7 which was massive for a family room in a b&b.There was even a fridge with bottled water awaiting us.Breakfasts are outstanding and plentiful. My daughter turned 9 during our stay and was treated to a lovely surprise with a card and present at the table.Genuinely brilliant place and atmosphere.Value for money is hard to find but you get plenty of it with David and Gill. Its very rare that youd find a child wanting to visit a b&b as much as the attractions in Blackpool, however my daughter does and we will not look past this place for future visits. Thanks again David and Gill for your generosity and hospitality.
