The Valentine

Stayed here for 1 night, great reception from Mark. He couldn’t do enough for us. Good, clean rooms in excellent location for the train station and other amenities. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

We arrived at the hotel and everyone seemed welcoming and happy as the night went on another occupant who was staying at the hotel threatened me and my partner and my friend and her partner this was all uncalled for and made us all very shook up and scared . He claimed he was management but was really an occupant , he was very aggressive and forceful and gained entry to both of our rooms when we was indecent and getting ready for bed , I said to him to get out of our rooms he then got very nasty and said he will put this all over tick-tock I told him that he shouldn’t be in our rooms and asked him to leave so he got more aggressive and I felt threatened and scared for our safety .

I never ever go back to this hotel. It just overrated with 5 stars. It never has been 5* service. Not recommend. No I am so happy staying at the Holiday Inn. The Holiday Inn stay was professional, clean, staff are so polite & friendly.Rooms are 👍
