A lovely overnight stay for a family visit...everything you could possibly need in this apartment is provided! Very clean, and everyone very helpful. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

The best place to stay, small friendly hotel, staff are lovely and friendly, rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable and continental breakfast is great with plenty of choice. I would recommend the Mode Hotel to anyone, we have been staying here for a number of years and always return.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff and service. I had booked a non-refundable room for my mum's 85th birthday but she fell ill before and was not able to make the original booking dates. However, Anna, the manager, was incredibly understanding and allowed me to rebook the room a couple of months later when I knew my mum was healthy enough to travel. My mum was over the moon not to miss out on this beautiful hotel. I travel frequently for work and have never had such an easy and lovely experience dealing with a very stressful situation. I cannot express my thanks enough. Absolutely outstanding service. Can't wait to rebook in the future.
