First class staff, food & drink top tier. Room clean and very comfy. My dog came with me and he was made a right fuss of! Nice walking area at the back, too!

Rooms were really hot even fans didn’t help, however personnel was very helpful.

Chorley. Room was absolutely boiling. No air con. Couldn't open the window but the amazing guy (AL) that was on made sure we got another fan then swapped our room on the other night. Honestly this guy deserves a medal under the pressure he is u der in this heat. What a guy. 10/10 customer service
