We stayed for one night in a twin room. Location was good for an event we were attending in Lytham only 30 mins drive. Hotel easy to find using Google maps. Parking no issue. Hotel clean, staff on front desk helpful and friendly. Room was a good size, lots of space. Breakfast had everything we needed. Would recommend as a place to stay.

Excellent hotel within a very close proximity to the University of Lancashire campus. Perfect for anyone visiting the university for any reason. Good food. Quiet, clean room, pleasant staff. Free parking for guests. Cannot fault it in any way.

1st time staying here. Fabulous room, even had iron and ironing board and a fan, very friendly staff. The breakfast was included in price and was very plentiful and Hot. Great value for the money and will most definitely be coming again.
