Marriott Leicester

All staff were friendly and welcoming but Lenika deserves a huge shout out for being amazing. She went above and beyond knowing I had a serious gluten allergy to make sure I had fresh cutlery, my breakfast was cooked separately and fresh and she just made the whole experience relaxing. Wonderful stay and very comfy and spacious room.

Karan was incredibly helpful and genuinely thoughtful. When we mentioned we were heading to the QPR game and our boys would be mascots, he kindly gave us a Sharpie for the players to sign their jerseys — such a lovely gesture. An amazing guy and a real asset to the Leicester Marriott. Great service all round!

The best hotel in Leicester with amazing staff, particularly Karan who is always super helpful in reception. I thoroughly recommend staying here, I’m a regular visitor
