Premier Inn Grimsby

Service and food was great from Leon and syellen for being on there own

The hotel was ok. You could get meals next door in the bar. This is also where you got breakfast. It wasn’t a buffet you had to order it. I had a full hot breakfast i saw that continental looked a bit sparse. The staff were excellent, all round, in the bar and reception. There was parking but you had to put in your registration so you didn’t get a fine but thats the norm now. I would recommend as a cheap i overnight stay the beds were comfortable

We have stayed at many Premier Inns as a couple including the one at Grimsby. This time we took my mother in law as we were going to a show at Grimsby Auditorium. It's about a 5 minute drive to the Auditorium and a short drive to Cleethorpes. It's also much cheaper so if we're going to Cleethorpes, we always stay here. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the bedrooms were clean and comfy. We had our tea at the pub attached to the hotel and it was delicious! We had 3 different meals and they were all lovely. I especially enjoyed the veggie burger which isn't something I'd usually try but I'm glad I did. Well done to Daryl who was cooking that night. We were served by Leon who was brilliant! Some people are just made for customer service, which is a difficult job, and he is definitely one of them. We came back after the show for a drink and, even though we were the only ones in and he was getting ready to close, he couldn't have been more friendly. He didn't make us feel rushed or in anyway unwelcome. In my opinion, he is a great asset to Premier Inn.
