We held our wedding reception here and I cannot recommend Charlotte house enough. They went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. Natalie the events and hotel manager was absolutely incredible, she was helpful, supportive, understanding and an all round kind, helpful and caring person. She made out wedding from start to finish run smoothly and couldn't do enough for us. Sally, who also helped out on the day and on the lead up has a lovely warmth to her, she went above and beyond even when it was outside the remit of her job and is the main reason we did use Charlotte house orangery for our party. Nothing was ever to much for Natalie or Sally and I cannot praise them enough. On top of all of this, the food was sensational, there was absolutely loads of it which meant my worries over there not being enough was redundant. The staff who helped out on the day were so friendly and kind, they excelled everything. No problem was too much for any of them. If you are thinking about using Charlotte house for any event my advice is to do it, you wont regret it!
