The White Hart Hotel Lincoln

I will visit again on a less busy weekend, when I might have more choice of rooms and when the bar / lounge area is less crowded.

Booked for one night overnight stay due to attending an event in the cathedral early on Saturday morning Beautifully presented hotel with welcoming staff and lovely bar area Room was very nice and spacious with lovely toiletries in bathroom Breakfast was a plentiful buffet and lots of hot options on the menu Only down side was we were on the first floor in a room level with the top of the party function room dome…a function was on and we could hear every word at the disco until midnight so sleep was disturbed. It was very noisy so worth checking if you book or don’t mind noise

Had a wonderful stay at the White Hart for our Wedding Anniversary. From first email contact with Beth on reception to iron out a few queries, I knew we were on a winner. We booked their secure car park at £15 which was just over the road, and it was really convenient. We left our bags before check in time and went to explore. On properly checking in, we were kindly upgraded by James and given lots of information. Our room, 101 had a seperate entrance and looked like it could be utilised by the room next door as well, therefore making it great for families/friends whilst maintaining privacy. We overlooked a side street and there was some kind of party at the hotels venue beneath us, but true to James' word it was over by approx 11.pm. We ate at the wonderful Antlers restaurant adjoined to the hotel, where Katy gave us excellent service and the food was awesome. We were on a DB&B package which was great value. The Antlers Restaurant was also where breakfast was served, which had a self service continental buffet and cooked items to order. We loved everything about this perfectly positioned hotel, midway between the Castle and the Cathedral, the only downside was not booking two nights!
