Such a lovely place to stay in a quiet residential part of skegness, so spotlessly clean, rooms very spacious, very nice and friendly couple, breakfast delicious , and so much choice, their attention to detail is amazing, value for money, there honesty fridge was well stocked with alcohol, soft drinks, water, chocolate and crisps such a great thing to have, Gemma and John couldnt do enough for you, we would definately stay here again, highly recommend ☺️

Just returned from a 2nd visit, and the hotel is still of a high standard, every where is immaculate, Gemma and John are a great couple nothing to much trouble for them and they deserve all the praise put on them. The breakfast was still excellent and we had an evening meal each night which was well worth the money, not cheap food grub but good honest home cooking and large portions. Not the first time we have stayed here and it will not be the last Gemma and John thank you for a great time have a nice break Christmas Julie & Peter
