Arinza Hotel

Excellent customer service and a very nice sized room, with a comfortable bed and good lighting in the room... peace and quiet

I stayed in a room of the “Cosy Rooms”, located inside the OYO hotel, from 2 to 7 October. Check-in was quick and the reception staff was very friendly. However, we had a problem with the hair dryer: the first night we were given a faulty hairdryer that made noise and released smoke. After reporting it, we were only provided with a new hairdryer on the third or fourth day. The room was really small. Opening the bathroom door, it locked against the bed, making it difficult to access. There was carpeting, a working air conditioner, a TV and a kettle. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets were stained, causing itching. Personally, I had an allergic reaction and had to take a medication. As for the towels, initially we were given only two small towels for the hands and none for the shower. After reporting the thing, we were only provided with a large towel during the cleaning on the third day, but there were two of us. The bathroom was small, with an aerator full of dust, a persistent sewer smell and we even found a spider. We had to keep the aerator on day and night to improve the situation. Wi-Fi was there, but the signal came and went, making it difficult to use. The location of the Accommodation is definitely a plus, being well connected. Although the price was affordable, I expected more in terms of cleanliness and comfort. One positive was a small kitten wandering out of the room, which made the stay a little more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

Worse than any hotel ever! Like a war zone! Azad was ace the reception guy. Drugs around and broken electric sockets. Guys outside smoking weed and drinking. Bad broken beds, trickle of water from shower! CLOSE IT DOWN ASAP!
