Best Western Corona

Excellent location and a few steps from the Metro and Victoria Station, polite and kind receptionists, small but clean rooms, very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for a tourist trip.

Prime location, friendly and professional staff. Very respectful. They offer room cleaning services frequently, which is fantastic. Real value for money.

I have travelled quite a bit and stayed at many different properties over the years, some excellent and some not so good, but I can honestly say I have never experienced a better level of service. What made this experience so special wasn’t anything extraordinary or over the top. It was the simple things — genuine care, good etiquette, thoughtful customer service and, most importantly, the human interaction with the staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly welcoming and showed genuine concern and attention to detail, even when it came to the smallest of needs. A special mention to Catalina, Nihal and Khadr (I hope I’ve spelled the names correctly) — thank you for making my stay even more memorable. Your warmth, professionalism and genuine care really stood out. The location is another big plus, making it an excellent base for exploring London and getting around the city. Overall, a truly wonderful service experience, and one I will remember for a long time. Highly recommended!
