Best Western The Watermill

Really nice location and views. Easy parking - rooms are very accessible. I like this 'motel style'. Staff are all lovely, including the cleaner who smiled even though I checked-out late.

I stayed overnight and had a very pleasant experience. Check-in was quick, and I was able to check in early as my room was already clean. I was also given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a nice surprise. The room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp cotton sheets, and complimentary water, tea, and coffee were provided. I had a great night's sleep. The receptionist was polite, friendly, and helpful, answering all of my questions. Breakfast offered a good selection. There were hot drinks, apple and orange juice, a variety of cereals (I enjoyed adding raisins and dried banana), croissants, muffins, and pain au chocolat. The hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, mushrooms, baked beans, sausages, and bacon. There was also a selection of fruit, including peaches, tangerines, and pineapple. The only downside was that the yogurt options were limited to a low-fat variety—I would have preferred Greek yogurt. The hotel was easy to find, with two pubs directly across the road and a bus stop right outside, making it a convenient location. Check-out was quick and straightforward. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would happily stay here again

Stayed here on a business trip. Really warm welcome and the room was clean fresh and to a high standard. Not sure if all rooms have air conditioning but it was fantastic on a very warm day. Great value for money and would recommend.
