Charlotte Street

A delightful, charming, boutique, hotel in the heart of Fitzrovia and now a firm favourite. Despite the competition, of which there is plenty, this hotel stands out with excellent, polite and friendly customer service, and competitively priced rooms. A big bonus was the very effective air conditioning given the recent heatwaves hitting London. Also recommend the hotel restaurant that was a fun and lively experience, serving excellent food.

Hotel with superb decor, very attentive service. The large room we occupied, 308, was superbly decorated and impeccably clean. The concierge and the gentlemen at the entrance were incredibly kind. Charming staff at the restaurant. Nothing to say, we are truly in a 5-star hotel, ++ because everything is perfect with service that could not be more polished: Thank you! We will surely return 🙂

During a brutal London heatwave, I was staying at the Charlotte Street Hotel. After a long, exhausting day of business meetings, I was desperate for a massage to unwind and relax before finally saying "goodnight" to the city. If all the restaurants in Charlotte street are gems, this lady must be the hidden gem in the area as her service is amazing and thughtful.
