Euston Square Hotel

Very caring staff and good restaurant. The hotel is on a very busy road but our room was comfortable and not too noisy.

The room was compact but it was clean and had a kettle, a fridge and a hairdryer. Also a small tablet which was also the tv control ( frankly a conventional control is much easier to hold and manipulate). There was also air conditioning. I personally found the bed uncomfortable but that is a subjective thing. My big problem was a glass bathroom! Admittedly part frosted but it is off putting seeing peoples feet while they are sitting on the toilet. You can also see their shape fully whether on the loo or in the shower. There is no privacy and that is something even many long term couples value. For this reason my partner and I are unlikely to return here. Otherwise the location is very good.

I’m going to give bad a good upon arrival I found 1 member off staff to be rude I was on the phone but she was trying to give me my key and tell me my room number I said 1 minute please as it was an important phone call but she continued to give the card to my daughter it wasn’t busy we were the only ones checking in it wouldn’t of hurt to wait a couple of minutes, didn’t get any sleep at all the aircon unit was very noisy making a loud grinding noise every 3 minutes, positives bed was comfy and location was good.
