K West Hotel & Spa

Decent hotel in a good location. 3 min walk to the tube and plenty of shops close by. Westfield is also a few minutes up the road. Staff super friendly and rooms were ok - little tatty in places...

The room size was amazing but when arrived there waa hairs on my towel. Left over rose petals at the back of the bath and the bath felt scummy when i got in. A few staines on the towels.£15 a drink...

This hotel was shocking and absolutely nothing like its website. For what it cost it was awful and i wish I’d booked a premier inn. We paid a little more wanting a tiny more luxury and to use the spa...
