London Hammersmith Premier Inn - Ex Best Western Vencourt Hotel

Easily the worst Premier Inn I have stayed at. Grotty entrance to the building. Bored staff at check in. Room was nothing more than a box room with the clearance between the bed and the side wall no more than 30cms wide. Stubbed my toes twice it was so narrow. Mad to have such a big bed in a small room. Ridiculous chipped tiny bath in a dated bathroom, and talking of dated the TV was tiny and the remote control didn't work. Place should be closed down.

Everything I really needed. The room with windows overlooking the river (what a lovely surprise:)) was tidy and comfortable. Very convenient location as well. A member of staff Maria welcomed me so warmly, I instantly felt like I was in a right place:) She offered to store my baggage before I could check-in and then was very helpful during my whole stay. Thank you Maria!

Fine dinner night. Food was great and was Kiran and Chef Billy.
