Premier Inn Gatwick Airport Central

We had a lovely experience at breakfast. The service was friendly, efficient and welcoming. A special mention must go to Lorraine, who was incredibly warm and welcoming. She had a lovely friendly manner and made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout breakfast. Thank you, Lorraine!

We always stay at this hotel the night before flying off on holiday, and we are very pleased every time. The hotel is clean, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I have to mention Julie—she is amazing. Despite working long hours, she managed the reception and the bar and cleared tables, all while remaining friendly and smiling.

Well what can I say, the Staff here take absolute crap off people who are supposed to be in "holiday mode" & flying from Gatwick, I'm staying here as working in the area, I have the utmost admiration for Lea, Rosie, Leah, Kirsty, Anita, Julie, Gemna & Violetta who over the weeks I have witnessed nothing more than abuse by guest for no fault of their own, most of it caused by the chaos & slow service from the kitchen staff on certain shifts, these staff who have to be the brunt of abuse is unwarranted for the actual service they provide. Brilliant staff & absolute disgusting customers, show some respect & put yourself or your children in their position then think before you start. You are an embarrassment and cause upset & grief, plus you make yourselves look complete morons, that's the polite word !!! Appreciate the people trying to look after you by providing a service !!! Brilliant staff, extremely friendly and great service
