Our family of 5 adults stayed 4 nights at Premiere Inn County Hall, and highly recommend it. It is easily accessible to many attractions, while being on a quiet street. It is mere steps from the southbank river walk. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a good way to start the day, and very attentive to dietary restrictions. Would definitely stay again on a return trip to London.

This is a great hotel for a stay in London. Centrally located between Waterloo & Westminster tube stations, & beside the London Eye. Our family foom was more spacious than a typical Premier Inn, and it was delightful to have an Aircon system that works & is simple to use. Staff were efficient & friendly in all aspects of our stay, and looked after all our needs over 4 nights. The common areas & bar were clean & well maintained. Breakfast was brilliant, well prepared & staffed, in a relaxed space despite this being a busy hotel. Plenty of options to set you up for the day. Nearby are plenty of decent cafes and a great Italian restaurant named Locale which we ate at. This was well above the standard expected for a Premier Inn hotel (all others should take note), and will be first choice for our next trip to London.

Excellent location. Walking distance from most of the key places to visit. London Eye just around the corner (literally). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a good decision to get the breakfast included. I have to admit the breakfast was a bit repetitive (not much of a variety) but for a few days in London it is worth to get it in the hotel and then go out to visit the city. Overall we are very happy with the hotel and most probably, if we go back to London, we will repeat in the hotel.
