Room was far too hot, even after the weather outside had cooled — air conditioning seemed to do nothing except blow air around, struggling to keep the room at 26ºC on full blast. Whatever central system supplies the air desperately needs replacing. Otherwise the room was comfortable if a bit tired, hotel is in a good location (for Euston station in particular), and reasonably quiet. Breakfast was excellent, and the front-line staff were friendly and helpful, even though they couldn't do anything about the cooling system.

We came late about 15 minutes before the kitchen was closing, Roshelle and Larisa made sure we could drop our bags and get some food ordered before the kitchen closed. Great service from both of them . The service was great and had a really good experience staying here
