Really loved how good everyone was especially Anika went above and beyond to help us settle in and served us food even remembered what we liked the next time so she suggested what we wanted such a lovely person and it felt so homely for us. Thank you so much team and especially anika.

Stayed here for one night as we were travelling early on the Eurostar the next night. Was in the perfect location this is why we chose this hotel. Hotel room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfy and got a good nights sleep. Considering it was central London we couldn’t hear any outside noise. Can’t fault the hotel. Would definitely book for other Eurostar journeys.
