Really nice pub, friendly staff and reasonably good food. About the right price for London but spoilt by the addition of 12.5% service charge to the bill then using a credit card machine that asks how much you want to tip. The waiting staff left the machine and went elsewhere, I think embarrassed by the policy.

Sanctuary House is a fantastic boutique hotel and an excellent value! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from Westminster and a London Underground station, making it so easy to explore the city. The breakfast at the pub on the ground floor, which was included with our room, was one of the highlights. I ordered the Eggs Benedict on repeat—it was that good! And don’t miss the seasonal savory pies for lunch or dinner. Our room was small, as you’d expect in central London, but thoughtfully equipped and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the good-sized bathtub and heated towel rack. A charming hotel, fantastic location, great food, and a wonderful London experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a boutique hotel. We booked a bed and breakfast package. The room was lovely with many amenities you don't see anymore such as complimentary toiletry kits and also a wonderful tea and coffee service. The breakfast was also excellent. The associated pub is quite beautiful with good food and beer. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were also quite good. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was also awesome... walking distance from many attractions and the St. James Park tube station.
