The Stanwell Heathrow

Worst hotel. Housing dangerous criminals at the tax payers expense .staff don't care . Property looks a state . Terrible to see they have done this to the community and don't care

We stayed for 1 night before a flight the next day. The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. We did not use the facilities available as we only stayed one night, but you had the choice to add breakfast as a reasonable price and available for takeaway. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wrote to the Manger with our experience and as yet received no reply. Receptionist was not welcoming. Room we were allocated far to small for a six day stay. Majority of staff were very helpful. Felt rushed on our last day . Our cooked breakfast arrived before we had finished our cereal.
