Had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, check in with Abu was smooth and easy. Highly recommend.

Had dinner for our family stay (myself, wife and 2 boys aged 6 & 7). As I'm sure anyone holidaying with children know a good kids menu is a must. And the crown plaza hotel has a great kids menu! Not only that, it's menu is excellent ,full stop. Had the fish curry and would highly recommend. Service was excellent also, with a special mention to Papani. Service with a smile and a few words is always appreciated 👍
