I was upset initially because my room window faced the parking driveway and the room was "only" on the first floor. But that also meant no heavy sunlight and also no noise, and also the freedom to skip the slow elevators and take the stairs.
The apartment is in good shape -- Everything seems new, the utensil set is complete. The toiletries are nice, the bathroom is compact but well designed. The apartment is not large but is a good size considering it is London. And importantly in the summer heat, my room had good air con, though i understand that the property overall is hit and miss in this area. The reception was definitely sweltering on some days , and the elevators also tended to break down.
The onsite laundry is a great convenience. There is a small gym, and if you need something more complete, there are at least two 24 hour gyms in the vicinity that offer day pass purchases.
so overall, i had a great stay and will be back if in the area!

Arrived for their special Wimbledon package, only to be given a room in which the AC doesn't work and apparently cannot be fixed. One manager says he has no other available rooms. Another manager says she has two rooms (but they are not comparable to mine in size and she mentioned no reduction in price). One member of staff doesn't know if they have any fans for the rooms. Another manager produces a fan in 15 seconds. One manager says that I can't have a copy of my registration; a member of staff, however, starts making a copy for me. Total disorganization. Total waste of a lot of money. I'm currently using four fans to try to make my room bearable. I can only hope that they actually produce the promised tickets to Wimbledon! Oh, and for regular guests, the one-bedroom apartments are not nearly as large as they appear on the Citadines website. And although the windows open a bit, there is too much street noise to keep them open.

"My company organised a meeting here. It was a good location, really near Holborn tube station, and the place looked like it had recently been refreshed and decorated. We had lots of people moving in and out of the public areas on our course but the staff coped well and seemed friendly. It was a good experience."
