As soon as you walk into the hotel it stinks of mold and dampness. This is NOT a three star hotel and should be rateless. Everything was dirty, the roof had mold stains, the shower was moldy, the toilet was outside of the room and disgusting. They had mis-matched furniture in the room and the bed didn't fit properly.
After asking toc ange rooms the manager said one star three star same different - um no there is no difference! Then refused to talk to me directly and made the oher receptionist talk to me. he would tell her what to say to us while we were standing right there.
She showed us to other rooms which they demanded we pay for, one which had a light fitting falling out of the roof which i said was dangerous and i didn't want to stay three. The lady said "location price" and that people don't care.
The lady would offer us things and the manager who wouldn't talk to us would interrupt and say no we are not offering that. The room we were finally given was absolutely disgusting - mold on the pillow cases, coffee cups filthy and hadn't been washed.
Absolutely appalling customer service with most staff unable to speak English. If i could give this place no rating I would. This was the worst part of our holiday and staying in a backpackers would be cleaner and friendlier than staying at this disgusting disgrace of a "hotel".

All these negative reviews are correct. I knew I was in for a surprise when they handed me an actual key to enter my room. Upon entering, the stench of mildew/musk and dampness was in the air. My first thought was this is worse than a poorly run homeless shelter. I definitely am not a snob, but this was bad. Immediately I walked down to the other named hotel where you check in at and paid additional monies to stay in that hotel. What was worse is how they treat the staff. The maids are all young Romanian girls who were forced to vacuum the hotel rooms with a hose and no vacuum head. I saw 4 different maids all vacuuming the same way. I was sad for them. Something just seemed off, but that’s just my opinion. If you’re trying to save money stay at a Hostel, it’s cleaner.

The worse experience I’ve ever had when staying in a 'hotel' although I don’t feel it deserves that title as it’s more like rank bedsits in a separate building with no security, no reception, no bar nothing! It’s like somewhere out of a film that working girls would meet their clients. We left after being offered a further two rooms which were as filthy and run down, covered with damp, half missing sockets, a carpet that appeared it had been down since the 70’s adorned with stains. One word... VILE
