I checked in late on Mon 15th June as a solo traveller and wanted to leave a recognition note for Sultan and his colleague (male/medium long hair/suit/at reception) - I presume they were night shift colleagues and they were exceptional. I was sitting in the lounge and could see them personally greeting returning guests, offering smiles and proactive assistance (cutlery for food deliveries etc). Great night shift staff might be hard to find but these two were a gem! My bedroom exceeded expectations - I'm a diamond elite IHG member and was fortunate enough to stay in one of the refurbished club rooms. Will absolutely come back.

The hotel was recently renovated and the rooms are in great condition and very clean. AC works great and is adjustable. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant are very accommodating. Breakfast was also very good with a great selection. There is also a restaurant and a Starbucks, which we did not use. The location is quite quiet but still central enough and close to the subway, also to Heathrow. Would book there again anytime.

This hotel has almost finished its refurbishment, whilst still being a a working hotel. We had been booking a King Corner Premium Room, which costs a bit more than the regular rooms, but it fits the wheelchair in nicely. However, we were showed the newly refurbished Accessible Room and we decided to book this. The new rooms are lovely and have plenty of room. Whilst the other room was more luxurious, this is definitely better, if you are a wheelchair user. The room is very modern with plenty of USB charging points and other plug sockets. The bathroom is very large and perfect for wheelchair access. This was a lovely stayand we look forward to returning in a couple of months.
