Marriott Maida Vale

We are staying in room 520 from last 4 nights but today after requesting to get my room clean in morning at reception when I came back it was dirty as I left. I called reception they said will send staff immediately and after a hour also nobody came, I gone down to reception they said our staff works till 4:30 pm I am staying in a dormatory I believe they are charging 260 pound per night. And you guys said room will be cleaned 30 mins back. I want Marriot to take action very poor service.

Very convenient room, best food I ever had in a Hotel in London.

We had two rooms and stayed as a family of four over two stays for a total 6 nights. Leanne A in the front desk was super helpful and made our stay extremely wonderful. Even though this is largely a business hotel, she helped cater to the needs of a family type vacation. The breakfast buffet is efficient and tasty with a good spread. The evening lounge options were also good.
