Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, and the reception team made check-in seamless and welcoming. Housekeeping did an incredible job keeping the room immaculate and comfortable throughout. Highly recommended!

This was one of the worst hotel stays I have had in a long time, and I travel quite a lot. When I checked in, the front desk associate told me I would be on the 4th floor, but that the elevator button for 4 did not work, so I should take the elevator to 5 and walk down. No offer to help me with my luggage to do this. Then arrived at my room and there were dirty room service dishes outside my room (which stayed the entirety of my time at the hotel). My room was a single and it was the smallest room I’ve ever had at a hotel. Barely room for one twin bed and I had to shove my suitcase under the half desk thing they had in there. Before I went out for dinner, I used the bathroom and washed my hands and noticed that the sink didn’t really drain, so I figured I would mention it at the front desk on my way back. I went to dinner, returned to the hotel around 9, and told the front desk about my sink issue, and they said they would send someone right up. He did arrive promptly and then he had to basically take apart the entire sink over the next 1.5 hours in order to get it to work properly. The maintenance man was the only good part of the entire stay—he was very kind and diligent. When he left, it was after 10pm and I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. The shower was also terrible! The size was minuscule and I felt like I was drowning under the shower head and, go figure, the shower didn’t drain properly either. It came very close to overflowing and flooding the bathroom. I was able to get a decent night’s sleep, but that’s probably the only positive to take away from this stay. I would avoid this hotel, the surrounding neighborhood is fine though.
