Perfect location for my business trip

We stayed here as something very special to celebrate our Pearl Wedding Anniversary. I was slightly nervous beforehand hoping it would live up to our expectations and be worth the money. But I'm pleased to report that it did, from the very first moment we arrived when they upgraded us knowing we were there for a big occasion. Our suite was amazing and the view of the Thames was unforgettable. Every member of staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The Savoy wasn't perfect but when I brought my quibbles to their attention, they were treated seriously and I was impressed by their response. I've been privileged to stay in some amazing hotels over the years but this is definitely one of the very best. I'd definitely recommend it to others, but you'll need deep pockets!

This was a complete surprise for me. My husband had booked a two night stay here before whisking me off to Paris. I had no idea where we were going. So, scene is set! Firstly, no matter who you are, you get the same treatment. We were treated like royalty throughout the stay. Turn down service every night. Beds made and rooms cleaned every day. Linen changed as and when required - we all need to do our environmental duty! The place is amazing, and if you've saved hard for a special occasion, you cannot get better than this. Beautiful!
