Kirkdale Hotel

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Broken furniture, stained carpets, unusable shower - it wasn’t so much “tired” as absolutely knackered. The only positives were clean sheets (and believe me, we checked) and a working radiator

This place is run by dishonest people. Booked a room for April 19th. I arrived at the property- the door was locked and I called to be let in (I have proof of this call). Have a 42 second call log to the hotel number- they deny I called. I also sent a email immediately to them via booking.com and they deny I have emailed. They wouldn’t let me in- will not refund me and refuse to accept they took my money and didn’t honour the booking. DO NOT BOOK HERE EVER! Booking.com has also been useless and will not help get my money back. I’m raising a dispute with my bank to claw the money back. Absolute cowboys!

The worst hotel I've ever experienced. All rooms dirty, broken, rusty and gross. Showering was not possible because the shower hose was not connected at all. Curtains, windows, closets were broken and dirty. The breakfast utensils were not usable because the food scraps from the previous day were still stuck to them. The smell was unbearable. WARNING TO EVERYONE - DO NOT BOOK IN ANY CASE!!!!!!
